機械簡介

本公司所生產CMF-16E機型，係為除了送線輪軸、外徑成型軸之外，並將上、下切刀滑板分別獨立運作，可供作為切刀直切或旋切，以及垂直間距刀的選擇；此外水平間距刀亦為獨立運作，以致於能夠擺脫傳動上的種種限制，而達到彈簧生產運作更加靈活，以因應日異變化的各種壓力彈簧或扭力彈簧其廣大需求。同時相較於二軸機器系統，也減少了因為傳動時所造成的誤差，因而更提高其生產速度、精度以及調機的簡易度。

並且為促使機器的操作更便利性，當欲生產左旋、右旋壓縮彈簧或扭力彈簧時，不必另外更換機器零件，僅在於機器裝置上作部份的調整，即可達到其所需之功能。

在控制系統上，建構有常用的彈簧模式，祇要輸入其欲生產之彈簧尺寸數據，便可快速轉化成生產程式，以提高調機的速度。在控制器上設置有USB PORT，可藉由此將生產過的程式，儲存於PC電腦，而不受儲存組數所限制，並可經由轉換軟體將其列印出來。

        The CMF-16E (5 AXIS) model CNC COMPRESSION COILING MACHINE is a state of art CNC COMPRESSION COILING MACHINE. The cutting edge design of CMF-16E contrasting it from the ordinary machine where other than Y and X axis, This revolutionary design enabling UPPER and LOWER cutter work independently and eventually extended its functionality beyond straight cutting mode, but also revolving cutting and even to serve as vertical pitching device.  

        The credibility of this machine comes even higher in which the independent axis for horizontal pitching device triumph over the limitation that encounter in the ordinary 2 axis machine. Ultimately, increase the agility of spring production to keep pace on the rapid changing spring industry and vast demand of various compression and torsion spring. Furthermore, The extra axis help to minimize the tolerance that usually caused from the transmission that typically found in the 2 axis systems. As a result, higher production efficiency, superior precision and ease of machine setup integrated in this superb machine design.

        In order to facilitate ease machine setup, this machine design allows zero additional accessories in the setup process for switching clockwise to anticlockwise (or vise versa) compression and torsion spring production. Only slight adjustment on the standard machine part will do.

        In the matter of control system, standard spring setup program had been integrated in the system. within a split second, the systems will automatically convert your desired spring specification inserted into production command and formula, simplify the setup process. On the other hands, the attached USB PORT enable user to store the production formula into personal computer without any storage capacity constraint. It also can be printed out anytime through conversion software.
